Jose Cerdán
CEO Telefonica Tech
José Cerdán Ibáñez is a “serial entrepreneur”, born in Zaragoza. He is the CEO of Telefónica Tech and, also since 2017, is the CEO of Telefónica Business Solutions
Since 2007 José Cerdán has been the CEO of acens Technologies – “the Cloud hosting company”, one of the country’s leading cloud companies: telecommunications solutions for the business market and a pioneer in the development of Cloud Hosting made-to-measure solutions. Acens was sold out to Telefónica Group in 2010.
In 1985, at the age of just 19, he founded the company Ei System (PC City), the biggest megastore devoted to the sale and manufacture of computing equipment in Spain.
In 1999, Ei System was sold to the Dixon Group (PC City). At that time, he founded Peoplecall, a pioneer operator of Voice IP and an industry standard in the Spanish IP communications market.
Since joining acens Technologies as CEO, José Cerdán has been responsible for creating an ambitious build-up strategy, which has ensured the successful growth of the biggest cloud and hosting company in Spain after several key acquisitions within the market.
Along with his current post as CEO of acens Technologies, Cerdán also undertakes advisory functions for various businesses in the national and international market as well as for public and private institutions and universities.
Since March 2012 he has been a member of the Group of High Level Experts chosen by the Government in order to define the development strategy for the Information Society, specifically heading questions regarding cloud technology, entrepreneurship and privacy roles.
In addition to his contribution to the Spanish business and economic world, José Cerdán has pursued a number of philanthropic endeavors.
He is a speaker at several top ranking universities: IESE, IE, UOAC and in Summit meetings of sector companies and Startups.

Antonio Marti
COO Telefonica Tech
Antonio was appointed COO of Telefonica Tech in January 2020. Previously he was Global Head of Corporate Development at Telefonica. He has occupied several positions in Telefonica since he joined the Group in April 1999 as CFO of Telefónica’s Yellow Pages unit, TPI, where he was instrumental in the IPO, turnaround and international expansion of the business. In 2005 he was appointed CFO of Telefónica de España, S.A. (Spanish wireline business) taking over the same responsibilities at Telefónica Móviles España, S.A. (Spanish wireless business) when Telefónica decided to integrate both operations in October 2006. In October 2011 he became CFO of Telefónica Digital, prior to which he was CFO of Telefónica Europe. From February 2014 to 2019 he was CCDO Business Transformation and Planning Director.
Prior to joining Telefónica, Antonio worked for All Trading Brokers Europe, S.A. for 5 years (1994-1999). During 1986 to 1994 he worked in Banco Urquijo, S.A., where he held different positions: Director of the London Office, Head of International and Director of M&A. He earned his Business and Administration degree from the Universidad Pontificia de Comillas (ICADE).

Nir Zuk
Founder and Chief Technology Officer PaloAlto Networks
Nir Zuk brings a wealth of network security expertise and industry experience to Palo Alto Networks. Prior to co-founding Palo Alto Networks, Nir was CTO at NetScreen Technologies, which was acquired by Juniper Networks in 2004. Prior to NetScreen, Nir was co-founder and CTO at OneSecure, a pioneer in intrusion prevention and detection appliances. Nir was also a principal engineer at Check Point Software Technologies, and was one of the developers of stateful inspection technology.

Kamil Svec
Head of People at ElevenPaths
Kamil was born in the Czech Republic and currently lives in Madrid, working as the global Head of People at ElevenPaths, the cybersecurity unit of Telefonica. He has 20 years of experience in international HR from global corporations to start-ups, from external consultant roles (Deloitte or AonHewitt) to internal specialist or generalist roles (Moravia localization, O2 or Telefonica). Kamil has a degree in economics and business administration from the Prague University of Economics and Master in International Management from Copenhagen Business School (Denmark). He is a proud dad of three children, enjoys riding a bike, and never says no to having a beer with friends.

Elena Lim
Head of CyberAcademy
Elena Lim Muños has a degree in Law and a degree in Labour Relations and Human Resources.
She started her work experience in the field of Human Resources Consulting and Personnel Selection in IT companies along with a mixed profile in the area of business development. This experience helped her to enter the world of technology and later to become part of the team of business development and partners of a communications start up. Later he entered with a similar role in Synergic Partners, acquired by Telefónica in 2015, a company specialized in Big Data and Advanced Analytics.
Currently, he leads CyberAcademy+, the training business unit of ElevenPaths, whose mission is to provide specialized training in cyber security to employees and customers through a dual focus on training and awareness to enhance, discover or develop internal talent.

Alberto Sempere
Global Product & Alliances Director ElevenPaths
During these years he has played roles in the areas of Presale, Project Management and Business Development, so he has met the needs of his clients from various points of view. Since its inception, he has had an international focus in all his positions, including 3 years in the U.S. for the development of projects in America.
In 2011, he joined Telefónica as our responsible for security services addressed to consumers. Since 2016 he is also in charge of Cybersecurity Services for the corporate world and SME.
He is a Computer Engineer from the Comillas Pontifical University (I.C.A.I.), and has strengthened his knowledge with an MBA at IEDE and an Executive Master in Digital Business at ESADE.
His main motivation is to ensure that consumers and companies understand and take advantage of all the benefits that the digital revolution may offer them, and they may know and have at their disposal the necessary tools for facing the new digital risks.

Rames Sarwat is an expert in identity management and electronic signature. He is the author of the book called "DNIe: technology and applications", and a vocal member of the sub-committees for the standardization of identification cards (SC17) and biometrics (SC37).
Before joining ElevenPaths he was CEO of SmartAccess, director of professional services subsidiary of Microsoft in Spain for Public Sector, Health and Education, and project manager at NCR where he participated in several projects related to smart cards and biometric recognition.

Gonzalo Figueroa

Gonzalo has been Global CFO & Chief of Global Resources (People & Organization, Technology and Quality management) at Telefónica Ingeniería de Seguridad for the past six years ($150M Revenue, and more than 1.5k employee).
Previously, he has worked +10 years in Finance Management at Telefonica Group in several areas such as Financial Planning, Control and Business development or coordinating the Cash Guidance at a Global level. Member of the Corporate Financial Committee at the Holding of the Group 2010-14.

Unai Gómez
Head of SMEs ElevenPaths
Worked at E&Y after studying computer engineering primarily for the Telco Sector, Joining Telefonica group in 2005, where he has had the opportunity to develop various facets of the world of cybersecurity such as Product & Services security at Telefónica Móviles, MNC cybersecrurity at Telefónica Soluciones. Unai joined the global security unit (Security Vertical) at the time of its creation with the task of promoting mobile security to B2C customers, later he joined CCDO where he developed a strategic project known as Niji, to ensure the security and privacy of our customers. Now is leading the initiative to bring security to the SME sector with a value proposition based on peace of mind.

Joaquín Ramos

Joaquín Ramos, more than 8 years working in the Information security area of TelefonicaB2B, among which are Head of Market Development of Telephoncia Chile, GLobal Head of Professional Security Services in Latam, currently being the Head of Marketing of Security and Virtualization of Vivo networks in Brazil, and responsible for the SSPP area of Information Security of TIS Brazil. Fernando Asín

Graduated in Economics and Business Studies in Universidad Complutense de Madrid, with postgraduate studies in Strategic Marketing and as well as certified as a Black Belt for the implementation of projects under Six Sigma methodology.
He has developed most of his professional career in Telefónica, linked to the Business area, occupying diverse positions of responsibility in areas such as Engineering, Marketing and Channels.

Tristan Reed
International presales coordinator for the Cytomic unit of Panda Security
Tristan Reed is an international presales coordinator for the Cytomic unit of Panda Security, which enables large enterprises and service providers with threat hunting and MDR capabilities. He has over 15 years of intelligence experience, 7 of which have been dedicated to cyber threat intelligence. His experience includes building security operation centers from the ground up, deploying multi-tenant SIEM environments for managed security service providers, and training security professionals on leveraging threat intelligence to better secure their environments.

Ester Tejedor
Technical Office Manager Telefónica
Ester Tejedor is responsible for the security platforms at TIWS. Under her perimeter both the internal security of TIWS and the TAGS (Telefónica Advance Global SOC) are managed.
She has worked for Telefónica at the international level for over 21 years, and has more than 15 years of experience in the Management of Multicultural Operations Teams of different fields such as mobile communications, IoT, unified voice or data communications.

Alejandro Ramos

Alejandro Ramos has more than 20 years of experience in the field of security. Since 2016 he has worked in Grupo Telefónica. Currently he is the Global Director of Security Operations at ElevenPaths. Previously, he was the Security Manager of ING Bank for Spain and Portugal. He is an associate professor in the Master of Security from the European University of Madrid and has participated as a speaker in several national security congresses.

Raúl Bretón
Head of Integration & Managed Services Telefónica

Master in Management and Business Administration.
When Raúl started working at Telefónica, he was part of a development group for network applications, coverage calculation applications for mobiles and the IT world in general. Then he moved to operations to bring platforms and network services, with a small group of people with a lot of enthusiasm and an innovative spirit. From 2001 he was in charge of the security management of the Mobile network in Spain until the operators merged: Identity, segmentation, vulnerabilities, remote access, adequacy of services, SIEM. Alberto Cuesta
Head of Detection and Response Services & Offensive Security Telefónica
Alberto Cuesta, graduate in Business Management and Administration and also a Senior Systems Technician. I joined the Telefónica Group in 2017. Since then, I have been developing activities related to cybersecurity within the Global Security and Intelligence Department of Telefónica S.A. Currently, I am responsible for the MDR (Managed Detection & Response) & OSS (Offensive Security Services) service of Telefónica Cibersecurity Tech. I have 16 years of experience in security and risk management in the field of technology. Throughout these years I have developed functions as a developer, consultant, pentester, security architect and manager of several pentesting teams until my addition to ElevenPaths.

Sanjay Beri

Sanjay brings more than two decades of innovation and success in the cloud, networking, and security industries. His unique business sense, technical acumen, vision for the future of the industry, and unwavering focus on culture have contributed to his building a world-class team and iconic company as founder and CEO of Netskope. Max joined Telefonica in 1998 and has since held different international leadership positions in sales, marketing, and pre-sales in B2B segment. Keen champion with solid focus on customer satisfaction and loyalty, he has been key in securing Telefonica’s most recent largest multinational customer projects. Sergio Budkin

Sergio Budkin is Director of Business Products and Propositions at O2 Business. He is responsible for driving innovation and development of growth and core products to UK Enterprise, Public and MNC customers. He has recently joined O2 UK from Telefonica Argentina where he was most recently Movistar’s Director of Alliances and Strategic Products. He’s been with the Telefonica Group for over 14 years and worked in Sales, Marketing and Strategic Partnerships roles across Argentina and Brazil. He has over 20 years of experience in the technology sector in start-ups and large enterprises. In addition to his work at O2, he is also working on a maths degree.

Sebastian García de Saintleger
Responsible of Security Alliances with Telcos ElevenPaths
Sebastian has more than 15 years of experience in electronic and information security in different organizations such as British Telecom and Gemalto, where he started his career trying to find out the chip of credit cards through frequency analysis and EMC.
He has a degree in Physics from the University of Salamanca and a Master in Computer Sciences and Microelectronics from the University of Bordeaux.
He currently leads the TEF relationship with the Telco Security Alliance (AT&T, Etisalat, Singtel, SoftBank and Telefónica) to tackle joint projects and cross-selling of ElevenPaths products. Eduardo Ariste

With more than 25 years in the ICT market, he is currently the Commercial Director of Large Clients and Corporations in the Banking, Insurance, Tourism and Media Sectors at Telefónica de España. He began his professional career at IBM in the Strategy and Outsourcing Unit, later he was Director of Technology and Information in the Asnef-Equifax Group and Experian Credit Bureau, with a focus on the analysis of information and risks of Financial Institutions.
He joined Telefónica 19 years ago, to launch and develop the IT Services business line, developed and promoted the commercialization of the Group's first services and DataCenters.
For more than 12 years, and always in the forefront with Clients, it has managed and promoted the commercial transformation of Telefónica, going from being an operator to leading the IT field in Spain of Large Accounts. As part of this transformation, he led the acquisition and integration of Acens in Telefónica for almost 2 years, and today he leads in Large Customers, both the training process within the Commercial Transformation Program, as well as the implementation of the team of specialist sales for increase the IT business. Guenia Gawendo is Telefónica Innovation Ventures (TIV) Managing Director. Raul Riesco Granadino is Master Degree in Telecommunication Engineering by the Polytechnic University of Madrid and a PhD Telecommunications Engineer from the same University specialized in Cybersecurity.
He has more than 20 years of experience in the ICT sector and in particular in the field of computer security in companies such as HP, BT or T-Systems. He currently leads the areas of Institutional Relations and Investments at Telefónica (11paths), former Deputy Director of the Spanish National Cybersecurity Institute (INCIBE) where he directed for more than 13 years the launch of numerous initiatives that have had great impact such as those related to foster the Entrepreneurship or talent in cybersecurity (Cybercamp, Cybersecurity Ventures, Ciberemprende, Summer Bootcamp, Program #include for people with disabilities, etc.) or even massive public services such as 017 focused on minors, citizens and companies. He has also actively contributed to the design of the European Strategy and the National Cybersecurity Strategy as well as the transposition of the NIS Directive among many other initiatives. Since 2013 he actively contributes as an evaluator and also as an expert adviser to the European Commission on the R & D & I Strategy in Cybersecurity and privacy. Since 2000, he has worked as a Technical Auditor and Coordinator, written three books —one of them on the History of CyberSecurity and the remaining ones on Hacking and Windows Security. He has attended Black Hat and DEFCON conventions to speak about his researches.
